Roy Henzell
Roy Henzell is the grandson of Roy Henzell senior, who founded Henzells Agency in 1935. Roy Henzell senior's son Bevan operated Henzells Agency until 1982, when his wife Judy and son Roy Henzell junior took over the running of the business. Roy Henzell junior has played a leading role in the continued planning and growth of Henzells Agency and the development of the Pelican Waters residential community.

Garry Waters
Garry Waters was invited to join the Henzells Agency partnership in 1990. Garry has been instrumental in the development of the family land held since 1946 now known as Pelican Waters. He has project managed the ongoing expansion of the community, which is now firmly established as one of the premier lifestyle destinations.
