The Beaches
The Beaches is Pelican Waters newest land release and only one lot remains for sale. The second stage was released and within 15 minutes 19 of the 22 blocks were sold. The crowning glory of the Beaches is a 5537m2 park right in the middle of the precinct designed as a focal point and meeting space for the community.
