SOUTHERN LAKES & TOWN CENTRE
Waterside
Construction on the final stages of our ‘Waterside’ precinct is nearing completion. Nearly 220 lots have been constructed and sold since work begun in late 2014.
Development construction works around the Sydney Avenue, Hartley Crescent and New Holland Drive will continue until late May. Roads linking into the new stages are expected to be open somewhere in June 2016.
Town Centre
Construction works have recently been completed on the first stage of our town centre precinct. The entry road, Coral Sea Drive, is now open linking the residents in the ‘Glasshouse Bay’ precinct (Solander Street) to Coral Sea Drive and Pelican Waters Boulevard.
Construction is soon to commence on the Child Care Centre, to be located on the corner of Coral Sea Drive and Pelican Waters Boulevard.
Stage 3
The next stages of construction will be within our marina/town centre area, extending eastward to the Harbourlights area.

Planning and design for this stage is almost complete and we are anticipating that some earthworks construction could commence around July/August pending final approval. We will endeavour to keep residents updated on this as we move forward with this stage. The site will be fully fenced with 3.0m high shade cloth in an effort to control construction impacts.
