New Community Village for Pelican Waters.
Dockside Village is the highly anticipated retail centre coming to Pelican Waters Town Centre. Retail convenience, product quality and depth of offering are set to be strengthened for residents of Pelican Waters thanks to the development of a new shopping destination.
The IGA Supermarket will specialise in hand-selected gourmet foods and offer a vast range of locally sourced products. Affectionately named W’Gusto (pronounced as “With Gusto”), the IGA Supermarket will be owned and operated by locals Greg and Lecinda Weiss, having spent their recent years as a driving force in The Seasons IGA expansion across South East Queensland (SEQ).
Local favourites like the award-winning IGA Noosa are among their many proud achievements.
Developed by SEQ locals Flux Property, the centre has carefully engaged a quality and complementary tenant group, including W’Gusto’s IGA, Celebrations Liquor and Sushi Ari. Flux is passionate about delivering projects that lean into the local community dynamic and promote the success and sustainability of thriving businesses, for the benefit of tenants, patrons and local families alike.

Dockside Village is easily accessed via The Basin, Pelican Waters and connects via the boardwalk to the newly completed Marina and Boathouse. The centre will offer 40 car parks, three (3) motorbike parks and 10 bicycle parks. Home also to our very popular DYI Dog Wash and multiple electric vehicle charging stations.
Construction works are underway, and Flux Property has confirmed the centre is on track for its opening in the second quarter of 2024.
