Marina berths & boatyard

The Pelican Waters Marina will consist of 126 berths to accommodate boats up to 15m long. Berths rates will be available as either casual or permanent on a daily, weekly or yearly basis. The marina is constructed using concrete floating pontoons and stainless-steel fixings. All berths supplied with power and water. A fuel service will be available along with sewerage pump out facilities.

A brand new fully concrete hardstand and environmentally friendly boatyard will provide the perfect platform for all your boat repair and maintenance requirements. A well-equipped chandlery will be available for carrying wide range of parts and gear for your needs.

A fully enclosed 3,000m2 shed will house up to 160 boats up to 10m-12m in length. Marine Industry accredited forklift operators will lift the boat from the marina basin pontoons and place the boat on a rack in the complete enclosed boat stacker.
