Students of all ages from the Caloundra City Private School (CCPS) recently competed in their schools’ cross country. After leaving the school and running up Tweddell Drive, students headed through walkways of the Nature Reserve west of the current land releases at The Headlands, at the Northern end of Pelican Waters.
After battling rain, mud and steamy conditions, students perservered for an overall day of fun and achievement. Congratulations to all students!
Read the school’s attached article about the day, with thanks given to Hamish Pressland and the team here at Pelican Waters for allowing the school to use the area of land. This parcel of land is currently under development and is planned as a 32 hectare parkland to be handed over to council in the future.
